Medical, Dental and life Insurance BDC Representative Job Overview In the role of a BDC representative, you will drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers. You will coordinate incoming online and telephone requests, and make appointments for the sales team. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the number of leads that convert to shown appointments & ultimately sales. BDC Representative Job Responsibilities and Duties Answers phones and online inquiries Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups through the car shoppers buying journey Greets customers in a professional manner and assists them with their requests with the ultimate goal of earning the customer's business in a competitive industry. Maintains communication with customers to ensure a streamlined shopping experience BDC Representative Job Requirements Proven ability to listen to customers needs, find solutions, and overcome common objections. An eager, driven & motivated self motivated personality with the ability to problem solve quickly. Excellent written and oral communication skills Quick learner who is highly organized Some automotive product knowledge, & desire to learn products in an ever changing environment is a must. This position is Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5pm . Roughly 1 Saturday per month is required with a day off of choice during that week.
