The appraiser will be responsible for conducting auto damage appraisals, generating accurate estimates, and assessing the scope of vehicle damage. Responsibilities also include inspecting vehicles in person, documenting findings, communicating with clients and adjusters, and ensuring timely submissions of reports. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of operating within industry best practices and compliance.QualificationsExperience in auto damage appraisal and estimating vehicle repairsKnowledge of industry-standard software, tools, and appraisal systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaborationAttention to detail, organizational ability, and aptitude for maintaining accurate recordsCurrent, valid appraiser license (if required by the state)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationFamiliarity with insurance claims processes is a plusProficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems is preferred
