You will work cross-functionally with Strategic Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Events, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently and aligned with business priorities.This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for campaign coordination, content development, marketing operations, webinar and event support, sales enablement, and performance tracking.What You'll Do:Campaign Execution & Content DevelopmentExecute integrated marketing campaigns across body composition and fitness initiativesTranslate campaign strategies, messaging, and events into effective marketing deliverablesDevelop and coordinate campaign assets including email communications, webinar promotions, sales enablement materials, landing page content, and launch materialsSupport campaign execution tied to webinars, tradeshows, partner activations, and strategic marketing eventsEnsure consistent messaging across channels and customer touchpointsMaintain a high-quality and organized flow of campaign deliverablesMarketing Operations & Campaign ManagementBuild and manage campaigns within HubSpot Marketing HubCoordinate campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and reportingTrack campaign progress and ensure timely execution of deliverablesSupport campaign reporting and performance analysisHelp maintain scalable marketing processes and campaign workflowsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Strategic Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Events, and Field Marketing teamsCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input across projectsSupport integrated campaign execution across launches, promotions, webinars, events, and partner initiativesEnsure alignment across marketing activities and business objectivesPerformance Tracking & OptimizationTrack campaign engagement, lead generation, and performance metricsMonitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimizationCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectivenessProvide regular reporting and recommendationsContinuous ImprovementStay current on marketing trends, customer engagement best practices, and industry developmentsRecommend new ideas to improve campaign performance and audience engagementHelp build repeatable processes and scalable campaign workflowsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or integrated communicationsExperience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B environmentExperience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpotStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and execution focusExperience or interest in healthcare, wellness, fitness, medical device, or health technology markets preferredWhat Success Looks Like:Consistent, high-quality campaign execution aligned with business prioritiesSuccessful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and partner programsIncreased engagement, lead generation, and campaign performanceStrong collaboration across marketing, sales, and external partnersScalable processes that support efficient and repeatable campaign executionCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications401(k)Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offWork EnvironmentCharleston, South Carolina; travel up to 15–20% within the United States as neededScheduleMonday to FridayEqual Opportunity Employer Statementseca North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
