Job Description:STi is seeking a Recruiting specialist for the STi Headquarters. This position will assist the Office Manager with the overall operation of the Office, and have oversight of reception operations, coordination with HR and Recruiting.Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectivesWrite and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards Source candidates by using databases and social media & job portalsEvaluate and screen resumes and cover letters Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skillsConduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviewsProvide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managersHelp the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questionsContact new employees and prepare onboarding sessionsPrepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are metMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hiresStay up-to-date with current recruiting methodsAttend job fairs and careers eventsJob Requirements:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook. Highly organized, process-oriented individual who has the ability to multi-task, be flexible and be a self-starter. Ability to follow instructions.
