Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paramedic role located in Hobart, IN. The Paramedic will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering first aid and emergency treatments, assisting in medical procedures, and ensuring adherence to workplace safety protocols. The role includes maintaining accurate medical records, preparing reports, and contributing to injury prevention strategies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring medical supplies and performing other duties as assigned to support workplace health and safety efforts. Qualifications Proficiency in emergency medical care, first aid administration, and patient assessmentKnowledge of workplace safety protocols and injury prevention strategiesStrong documentation and report preparation skills, with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with patients and teamsCertification as a paramedic with valid licensure in the state of IndianaCPR certification (current and valid)Familiarity with occupational healthcare practices is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
