We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Program Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex projects in the field of cybersecurity. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the successful execution of our cybersecurity initiatives, managing risks, and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities: Lead and manage cybersecurity projects of significant size and complexity, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the project team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and cybersecurity best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and milestones, and effectively communicate project progress and status updates. Utilize your strong knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to develop, implement, and maintain effective risk management strategies and practices. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards. Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient utilization and maximize project outcomes. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and knowledge sharing among project team members. Provide expert guidance and support in resolving complex cybersecurity issues, working closely with technical staff and subject matter experts. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into project strategies and plans. Minimum Requirements: To be considered for the position of Program Manager , you must meet the following minimum requirements: Demonstrated leadership experience in managing projects of similar size and complexity. Minimum of six (6) years of general IT experience, with a focus on cybersecurity. Minimum of six (6) years of specific cybersecurity experience, including risk management. Possession of a Risk Management Professional (RMP) credential. Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and its application in the cybersecurity domain. Must possess a DOD Secret Clearance and be eligible for an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) upon assignment. Must possess a DOD TOP SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5). Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the minimum requirements, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working on cybersecurity projects in a government or defense industry environment. Familiarity with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, and others. Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity technologies and trends, such as cloud security, IoT security, and artificial intelligence in cybersecurity.
