Construction Project Manager ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionCoordinate daily activities with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and productivityDevelop and maintain project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reporting to ensure successful deliveryEnsure compliance with safety standards, healthcare regulations, and quality expectations on all job sitesReview and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applicationsLead project meetings and provide clear communication to clients, field teams, and leadershipIdentify and resolve project risks, delays, or scope changes in a timely and professional mannerSupport project closeout activities, including punch list completion and final documentation turnoverConstruction Project Manager Requirements:5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsExperience managing hospital and/or public projects around $5M strongly preferred Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management strongly preferredProcore proficiency strongly required
