Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area for a Seasonal Maintenance Technician. The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, including property upkeep, repairs, and inspections. Responsibilities include landscaping, snow removal, basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC work, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the condominium facilities. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with the property management team to address resident concerns promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Skills in general maintenance, repair work, and troubleshooting building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.Proficiency in landscaping, snow removal, and related outdoor maintenance tasks.Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of property care.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with residents and the property management team.Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Previous experience in maintenance roles or certifications in relevant trades are a plus.Flexibility to handle seasonal demands and work in varying weather conditions.
