Annotate health data by tagging relevant information in accordance with project guidelines, ensuring consistency across datasets. Maintain strict adherence to clinical confidentiality policies and healthcare privacy protection regulations during all data handling processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data quality and resolve discrepancies or ambiguities in health records. Utilize EHR systems and other healthcare software tools effectively to manage large volumes of medical records efficiently. Follow health regulation policies and regulatory compliance standards related to health information management and data security. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Strong knowledge of health information management practices, including medical records organization and revenue cycle management. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, EMR/EHR platforms, and healthcare data management tools. Understanding of medical terminology, clinical confidentiality policies, and healthcare privacy regulations. Experience with medical coding, records management, and health regulation policy knowledge. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or errors in complex medical data sets. Effective communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
