ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The role includes the following responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitabilityOversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operationsLead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growthProvide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experienceSafeguard the company's assetsBuild strong relationships with the community by actively engaging in outreach and partnershipsEnsure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and proceduresImplement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from our corporate headquartersSkills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredAbility to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is requiredExcellent communication skills are requiredRetail management experience is preferredAbility to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs.
