CNC Machine Shop Setup Technician

What You'll Do: Know how to set up vertical, horizontal, lathe and 5th axis Set up CNC machine and take 1st piece to QC for approval Adjust programs for QC as needed to qualify for production Log setups in setup log Show operator how to run part (load and clean up) Recover machines and zero out faults Inspect fixtures before set-up Return fixtures to fixture racks after use Keep fixtures/fixtures cleaned and organized Repair fixtures as needed Why You'll Love Working for Us: Competitive wages and benefits Low-cost comprehensive insurance plans Paid vacations and holidays What We Need from You: Working knowledge of fanus controls on machines such as the Mori Seki, Okumas, Harding, etc. Relevant experience working on CMC machines. Ability to lift/handle heavy objects frequently. Self-motivated and willing to empower others to succeed. Maintain a good attendance record, follow all company safety policies, and keep work environment clean.
