We are looking for an Audit Associate (CPM). This hybrid position can be based in the following cities: Plano, TX., Atlanta, GA., or Iselin NJ. Responsibilities : Independently review project financials andprovide assurance on commercial project management topics as a part of auditengagement teams businessprocesses, goals, and strategy in order to provide analysis and interpretationto management Design and lead comprehensive audits followingthe agile audit methodology to address identified risks Independently drive assurance objectives, defineand align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in theorganization. Foster innovation and further development ofprocesses and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases thatincrease coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analyticsteam Lead meetings with Senior Management and drivediscussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement Lead by example in challenging environments, bea career coach and mentor your fellow team members by sharing your expertise You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic qualifications : 6 plus years of relevant project management,project controlling or other relevant operation and financial experience inindustries like Siemens (technology, project and solution business) orcomparable experience within Siemens or a Big 4" accounting or consulting firm. BS/ BA or higher degree in Business, Economics,Accounting or Finance. Fluent English is required with the ability tospeak, write, read, and interpret documents. 6 plus years experience in leading projectteams Willingness and ability to travel 30% includinginternationally/domestically Preferred qualifications: Masters / MBA degree as well as CPA, ACCA or ACAqualification is highly preferred 6 plus years experience ideally in an international environment and in-depth knowledge in project management and/ or project controlling (Agile, PMP certificate, PM@Siemens certificate). The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
