This role works closely with our Sales Executive and Account Management team to provide an overall simple yet powerful experience. The position focuses on meeting the pre/post‐sale needs of our customers, directly impacting the success of new business sales, persistency, and growth of the block of business. The MSR builds relationships at the broker and customer level and serves as a primary contact for customer needs.What You'll Be DoingEstablishes and maintains productive, professional relationships with assigned customers and brokersCollaborates with Distribution and all internal partners to meet customers' expectations, provide value‐added solutions, and support growth and persistency objectivesPartners with Sales, Executive, and Account Manager on renewal preparation, strategy, and deliveryEnsures timely and accurate delivery of all renewals and maintains renewal documentation and actionsAssists in pipeline management within Salesforce (CRM)Utilizes Salesforce to manage all service requests and documents all relevant customer and broker activitiesWorks with the Implementation team to ensure new groups are successfully activated and client expectations are metTakes complete ownership of all service‐related requests, follows up through completion, and confirms resolution back to customers to meet expectations and internal SLA'sProactively communicates with customers, guiding and educating them on all tools and resources available for their future needs by understanding our product portfolio and product detailsDevelops and maintains excellent working relationships with the Account Manager and Sales Executive in the assigned market/territory, as well as all other internal partnersClearly explains the value of Equitable, our business partnerships, and the strength of our productsMay provide a proactive outreach call to educate Clients and Brokers on Equitable's administrative policies and the EB360 portal after the implementation process is completeProvides sales support by managing RFP inventory and the Proposal Process, which includes reviewing RFP data, partnering with SE and Underwriting to underwrite and release a proposal, and ensuring proposals meet due datesStays up to date on market changes that impact clients and consults on how Equitable can support evolving needsThis position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer‐focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.The base salary range for this position is $48,000–$67,000. Actual base salaries vary by skills, experience, and geographic location. Equitable also offers performance‐based compensation, including base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short‐term incentive opportunities.
