Regional Sales Manager (Southeast USA) - Orthopedics
Position Overview
A growing medical device company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager across the Southeast USA to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the region.This role will lead a team of sales representatives, oversee regional performance, and build strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders. You will play a central role in executing commercial strategy and shaping a high-performing sales culture.What You'll DoLead and manage regional sales activity, ensuring alignment with company objectivesSet territory targets and track performance against sales goalsProvide product training and strategic sales support to the field teamConduct in-field coaching and support visits with sales representativesCollaborate with product and marketing teams on feedback and positioningAct as interim sales support in open or developing territoriesBuild relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital stakeholdersSupport surgeon engagement and drive adoption of new and existing productsRepresent the company at key conferences, exhibitions, and industry eventsContribute to identifying new business opportunities and market expansionOversee regional budget, including travel and expensesSupport inventory management across consignment and loan systemsRequired Background5–7+ years' experience in medical device sales or a related fieldStrong understanding of orthopaedic and/or surgical sales environmentsKnowledge of operating room protocols and sterile field requirementsExperience managing sales performance, forecasting, and analyticsStrong communication, presentation, and leadership skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levelsPreferred BackgroundBachelor's degree (or equivalent)Advanced degree or industry certifications (advantageous)Additional DetailsRemote role based in Southeast USATravel required up to 75%Ability to handle surgical instrumentation where required#J-18808-Ljbffr
