The project is to deploy Microsoft Teams Voice throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Together with the head of the Japan headquarters, you will be responsible for managing the project, focusing on upstream processes such as requirement definition, design, and building.After completing the testing in Japan, they will implement the new system to their other Asia, Europe and US office. What will you do:Understand requirements definition, design, and construction plansConduct system testing and create manualsLead system implementation (at various locations in Asia)Reporting TroubleshootingRequired Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience building and operating phone systems for any manufacturer (Teams Voice, Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya, Notel, etc.) *Hands-on experience required Experience in system implementation for projects in a global companyExperience negotiating with clientsJapanese language skills and business level English (required for communication with various locations within the client, especially in Asia)
