With the continued support of our donors and retail customers, we are changing lives through the power of work.Position SummaryThe Talent Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, and securing job orders across the Greater Houston area. This role works closely with the Business Development Manager and recruiting team to deliver effective staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through outreach, networking, and prospectingIdentify and engage decision-makers to uncover hiring needsQualify leads and conduct discovery conversations with prospective clientsPresent talent solutions and convert opportunities into job ordersMaintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contactPartner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillmentTrack activity, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRMProvide regular updates on sales activity, job orders, and client feedbackIdentify opportunities to expand within existing accountsSupport client meetings, interviews, and events as neededWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B sales or staffing operationsProven track record of generating new business and managing client relationshipsProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentTraits That Lead to SuccessClient-focused with strong follow-throughTeam-oriented and eager to support across departmentsResourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting prioritiesProfessional communicator with both internal and external clients
