FINRA Licensed Training Program Manager

A company is looking for an AVP, Training & Program Development. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate the new hire training program for support staff across multiple affiliation models Design, update, and maintain training materials, and assess learner progress to measure training effectiveness Create executive summaries for senior leadership after each training cohort and maintain accurate records of training activities Required Qualifications FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) 3+ years of experience in the financial industry 3+ years of experience working directly with financial advisors, branch, and home office support teams 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (preferred) Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance (preferred)
