Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our sales team and our technical teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. You will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Technical Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. Design and present customized solutions that address customer needs and pain points. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept installations, and technical presentations. Respond to RFPs and RFIs with accurate and compelling technical proposals. Post-Sales Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers during implementation and ongoing use of our solutions. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Develop and deliver training programs for customers on our products and services. Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering. Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity. Strong understanding of software, hardware, and networking technologies relevant to our industry. Hands-on experience with system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting Customer Focus & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service. Proven ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant technologies or industry standards. Experience with cloud technologies and platforms. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
