AI Automation Engineer

Modernize critical enterprise systems through intelligent automation, AI-powered infrastructure, and agentic AI workflows. Design and implement secure, scalable deployment pipelines. Build end-to-end automation solutions using tools like GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. Deploy and manage containerized applications and automate infrastructure provisioning in an AIOps environment. Design, deploy, and manage MCP servers to expose tools, data sources, and APIs as context for AI agents and LLM-powered workflows.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field with 5+ years of job-related experience; or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Proven experience building end-to-end automation solutions, including full lifecycle design and implementation. Hands-on expertise deploying and managing containerized applications with Kubernetes and automating infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, leveraging GitLab CI and AI-powered tools. Experience designing, deploying, and managing MCP servers and familiarity with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect authentication flows. Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agent skills, orchestrating multi-step agentic workflows, and enabling autonomous interaction with infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.What's On Offer An exciting career path with opportunities for continuous learning and development.
