Precision-molded plastic components and aluminum tubing for the automotive market, transmission and chassis products for the automotive aftermarket, platform and specialty trailers for the heavy-duty highway transportation industry, heavy-duty truck and trailer components including fifth wheel coupling devices, wheel-end and undercarriage products, and fenders, truck modification services.The Continuous Improvement (CI) team, in partnership with Human Resources (HR), is seeking an HR Intern to support the growth and execution of our internship and early talent initiatives. This role will sit within the HR organization under the guidance of the HR team while working closely with the CI team on strategic recruiting and internship program development. The intern will play an active role in helping the organization reach its annual goals while supporting improvements to the intern experience, recruiting processes, and employer branding efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruiting, program management, HR operations, and talent pipeline development within a fast-paced corporate environment.Key Responsibilities Talent Recruiting & Hiring SupportAssist with coordination of internship recruiting activities and candidate pipelinesSupport interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring coordinationTrack intern hiring progress and maintain recruiting documentationHelp ensure alignment with company internship hiring goalsInternship Program DevelopmentSupport improvements to internship program standards and documentationAssist in organizing intern onboarding, programming, and engagement activitiesHelp track feedback and opportunities to enhance the intern experienceEmployer Branding & OutreachSupport CI and HR employer branding efforts through LinkedIn and other channelsAssist with internship marketing content and recruiting outreach initiativesHelp promote internship opportunities with partner universitiesProgram Logistics & OperationsAssist with intern program logistics including materials, merchandise, and coordinationSupport development of internal resources related to the internship programHelp identify process improvements that enhance program efficiencyQualifications Education: Pursuing a Bachelors degree in: Human Resource ManagementSkills & Attributes: Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication, interest in recruiting, talent development, and HR operations, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, proficiency with Microsoft Office.
