Corporate Accounting Manager

We are currently partnering with a well-established regional real estate developer to identify a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their team in the DFW area.This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, offering strong visibility and leadership responsibility within a growing organization.We're open to two profiles:A strong public accounting (Big 4 or similar) Manager ready to transition into the industryORAn industry accounting professional (homebuilding/construction experience preferred) stepping into a management roleLocationIrving, TexasIn-office 5 days/weekCompensationBase: $135K–$165KBonus: 15%QualificationsBachelor's in Accounting (required)CPA (strongly preferred)7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience3+ years of leadership experiencePublic accounting background strongly preferredExperience in residential construction/homebuilding is a plusKey Responsibilities:Oversee general ledger and accounting operations across multiple entitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage audit processes and external relationshipsDrive process improvements, internal controls, and system optimizationPartner with leadership on strategic initiativesLead, mentor, and develop an accounting teamIf you are interested in learning more about the opportunity, please reach out to Thun Lennert at tlennert@boltongroup.com
