Join Transcarent as an AI-focused People & Culture / People Solutions Intern, where you'll help us design smarter, more human-centered HR experiences. You'll support AI-driven projects that improve our overall employee experience. You'll be part of both the People & Culture Team and the People Solutions team, working at the intersection of HR, analytics, and AI.What you'll get to do Support AI-focused projects that improve how teammates access HR, benefits, and company knowledgeHelp design and test AI-powered onboarding and self-service experiences for employees and managersAssist with organizing and structuring internal knowledge so it's easy for AI tools (and humans!) to usePartner with People & Culture and People Solutions on people analytics and insights to better understand engagement and turnover driversWork on projects that impact the business and contribute to Transcarent's mission of better health and careYou might be a great fit if you Are excited about AI tools and curious about how they can improve the employee experienceAre located in Chicago and able to work from our Chicago office location on a hybrid-based scheduleAre able to dedicate 40 hours a week for a duration of 12 weeks throughout the summerEnjoy turning information into clear, organized content and processesLike digging into patterns and data to tell a story or recommend next stepsWant hands‐on experience working with a People & Culture team on high‐impact, real‐world projectsHave a passion for healthcare and are inquisitive about the various ways we can improve the delivery of health and careProgram Details Duration: May 26 – August 14Compensation: $21.00 per hour. Benefits: Internship roles are not eligible for full‐time employee benefits.
