This posting allows us to proactively connect with clinical professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of people living with diabetes and interested in joining MiniMed when openings become available.Clinical Territory Managers are field-based clinical experts who educate healthcare professionals and patients on MiniMed Diabetes products and therapy solutions. As trusted clinical resources and company representatives, CTMs collaborate closely with sales partners and cross‐functional teams to support territory growth and enhance patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical expertise, collaboration, and the ability to work independently across an assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesEducate patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products.Support sales activities indirectly and serve as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions.Collaborate with sales counterparts and other departments to develop and implement territory growth strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure optimal patient experiences.Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues related to Medtronic products and assist healthcare professionals in managing patient therapy for positive outcomes.Consult and present to individuals and groups, plan and manage assignments within budget, and travel within the assigned territory for seminars, events, and meetings.Capture healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.Participate in ongoing competency development through training and attend conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.QualificationsValid registered license in one or more of the following fields:Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)Registered Nurse (RN)Registered Dietitian (RD)Physician Assistant (PA)Nurse Practitioner (NP)PharmacistEducation and experience:Associate's Degree and 4 years of clinical experienceBachelor's Degree and 2 years of clinical experienceNice to HaveBachelor's degreeCertified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred.Prior sales experience.Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Dependent on territory: Bilingual (Spanish).Field RolesMust have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. Driving record will be reviewed and considered as part of the application.
