Teaching load may include such courses as: Accounting I & II, First Year Seminar, Introduction to Business, Business Math, Small Business Practices, Computer Information Systems, Information Management, and/or International Business. This position also will teach junior- and senior-level courses in the Bachelor of Applied Science: Professional Studies program. Classes in this program include: Personal Finance, Management and Organization, Introduction to Marketing, and Business Ethics. Position typically requires a teaching load of the equivalent of 30 credits/year (15 credits/semester). Priority is on excellent teaching including in-person and online instruction, along with advising, assessment, service, student recruitment, curriculum development, articulation with high school and university faculty and professional development activities. Hold office hours at times that support student success.
