Hospitalist opening: Great Falls, MTPosition Overview:We are eagerly seeking a BE/BC Hospitalist to join our rapidly growing hospital! The program is housed within a 36-bed acute care hospital and is complimented with coverage by a diverse mix of surgical and medical specialists.BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineHospital employed, full-time positionHospitalist: 7 on 7 off schedule, 7:00 am 7:00 pmExperienced NP on shift 8:00 am 5:00 pm to assist during busy timesDedicated nocturnists and Pulm/CC physician on staffSupported by Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists Procedure experience and comfort preferredExperienced, staff including two hospitalists and two nurse practitioners1:5 nursing patient ratio, based on patient acuityHospitalist daily census averages 15 patients/dayState-of-the-art facility and diagnosticsAcute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialties in-house36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation bedsBusy 8 bed ED with highly experienced staffCompensation and Benefits:Highly competitive salary and benefitsSign-on bonusRetention bonusesCME allowance Moving allowanceMalpractice and tail coverageAbout LocationThe Clinic, located in Great Falls, Montana, is dedicated to recruiting and retaining the most contemporary physicians.
