Job Brief We are looking for a responsible, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on a variety of sales responsibilities. These would include not only assisting walk-in clients, but facilitating after sale communications, managing custom projects, and nurturing the client through the purchase process. Our ideal candidate will uphold the ideals and standards of our company and will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations. Guides customers around our store while providing information on products and services. Assist customers with the intake and pickup procedures for jewelry repair and other service related tasks. Facilitating a custom design from start to finish. Sell merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales expectations. Provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to a high-end customer base. Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records. Processes payments; checks, cash, and store or other credit cards. Assist in monitoring phones and text messages to keep a consistent and clear line of communication with customers. Keeps track of customer’s wish lists and preferences and proactively engages customers to reach out regarding special deals, upcoming sales, and events. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately. Perform store set up and closing operations, including opening and closing office area and moving jewelry to and from store safe and display areas. Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep store clean, safe and inviting. Requirements Strong communication & organizations skills required. Listening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, High Energy, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication. Proficient and confident in email organization and communication; working with attachments including photos and documents. Experience with clienteling; collecting important information including birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and ways to communicate with clients to enrich their experience.
