Account Manager
Role Description The Account Manager role at Uns partners is a full-time, hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. In this role, the Account Manager builds and maintains strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensuring that client needs and expectations are clearly understood and met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver services or solutions, monitoring account performance, and preparing regular status updates, reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. The Account Manager will proactively identify opportunities for account growth, manage renewals, and support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract changes. This role also involves resolving client issues in a timely manner, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and client experience.Qualifications Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.Experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role, in a B2B environment, B2C is a plusSolid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts, deadlines, and projects.Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.Bachelor’s degree in a relevent fieldComfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work both independently and in an in-office team setting in Charlotte, NC.
