Director IBP Lead - USThe opportunity This role is pivotal in driving the integration and optimization of the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes across Commercial Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Procurement Planning, Costing Processes, Workforce Cost Planning, and Financial Planning and Forecasting. This role will support the establishment of the IBP Supply to COGS and Quarterly Costing (S2CQ) Global Solution in close collaboration with the Program team and the US market and sites local teams, by establishing meaningful relationships with the business stakeholders and ensuring the local teams are sufficiently engaged. Furthermore, this role will support the IBP US Transformation across all IBP workstreams, in support of the program objectives and strategy to improve operational efficiency and financial performance in the US.How you'll spend your day Key Responsibilities:Demand to Revenue Regional Demand Review Rollout - Support the US Region in embedding the Demand to Revenue (D2R) IBP ways of working in accordance with the global blueprint defined, ensure market functions; Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams are integrating their business processes as expected and are set up to successfully advance along the D2R transformation and program objectivesSupply to COGS and Quarterly Costing (S2CQ) Global Solution Deployment Support the Supply to COGS and Quarterly Costing (S2CQ) Global Solution deployment. Ensure new business processes and systems meet business needs and are aligned with the IBP Program strategic objectives and D2R solutionWorkforce Cost Planning, Long Range Planning and Annual Operating Plan Deployment Support the deployment of the future IBP workstreams and efforts, connect regional and local stakeholders to ensure successful implementationEffective Partnerships and Collaboration - Establish and maintain strong and effective working relations with the US market and wave 1 sites teamsBeing able the engage with all support functions: Global Business Owners, IBP GBS Desk, Technical IT owners to streamline planning operations, and ensure effective system supportFollow up on gaps and bottlenecks, drive resolution plans, and secure priority from both the US market and IBP Program. Establish task forces and routines as neededFlag key challenges, risks to the IBP Program team, Global Business Owners and Technical Owners to streamline design and transformation related discussions and brainstorming to steer for alignment and resolution of bottle necksAdvanced Analytics AI/ML - Ensure US market is advancing along the D2R statistical forecasting AI/ML transformation, leveraging system advanced capabilities to streamline the planning process, increasing efficiency, automation, and data-driven insightsChange Management and Transformation - Strengthen the engagement of the US region teams with the IBP transformation journey and KPIs, support the US region teams along the transformation by breaking down complex tasks, establishing required frameworks and meeting cadences, promote teams' engagement and commitment to embed IBP ways of working, utilize the processes and tools as intended to achieve resultsYour experience and qualifications Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Required: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong understanding and experience in integrated business planning, supply chain management and financial management. Excellent communication, engagement and interpersonal skills, with the strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong ability to drive vision and connect diverse teams around common goals, establish value and results driven task forces, excellent in crafting compelling change narratives, "tell the IBP story" and foster adoption and transformation across complex environments. Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional matrix teams. Proven track record in change management, communications strategy and transformation management in global enterprise organizations. Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and balance multiple competing priorities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCompensation Data The annual starting salary for this position is between $161,000 $202,000 annually.
