As we continue to grow, we are looking for high-energy, self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner. Due to our tremendous growth in 2022, we are looking to add new technicians. Requirements Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues with machinery Read and understand machine schematics Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance. Requirements Must possess your own tools Must have full understanding of all shop safety requirements per OSHA and state regulations Must have at least 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Physical:Ability to see in full range color Ability to kneel, climb, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs Must be able to work in any weather environment Must be able to safely operate in, around, under and on top of equipment
