Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesThe Scrum Master, under the general supervision, may include, but are not limited to, the following:Familiar with agile softeware developement process (10+ years)Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices (10+ years)Work closely with the PM to conduct sprint planning, execution, and retrospectivesSupport IBM teams and customer SMEs in delivering modernization milestonesTrack sprint progress, manage Jira boards, and ensure story completionPromote continuous improvement through feedback and team collaborationCoordinate with Product Owners and Architects to align prioritiesMaintain transparency of team performance and delivery metricsPreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseMust possess at time of hire and have the ability to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitatorStrong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum principlesExperience managing Jira boards and Agile metricsSkilled in facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesAbility to coach teams and resolve delivery blockersExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsExperience supporting cross-functional technical teamsBachelor’s in Business, IT, or related fieldPreferred Technical And Professional Experience 2+ years supporting federal or enterprise-level Agile projects Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud-native delivery environments Master’s degree or certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist)
