This includes the full suite of banking services, from cross-selling to managing relationships. The role also requires the development of tailored policies, procedures, and underwriting strategies for the non-profit market, as well as the ability to streamline deal origination and credit approvals within the company's risk parameters. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in non-profit banking, with a preference for those currently in a VP role seeking a promotion or SVP with a strong client base and development process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with the C-Suite to design, strategize, and launch the new team within a 90-day period. Key responsibilities for the VP include mentoring and guiding a growing team of Relationship and Portfolio Managers, collaborating with Cash Management and Retail leadership, and representing the organization in the community and at industry events.
