Job Description Location: Batavia, OH Employment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electronics Test Operator for our client. This job is responsible for performing electronic testing, documenting results, maintaining product quality, and supporting production while following established procedures and safety standards.What’s a Typical Day Like?Test and verify electronic assemblies using written procedures and test softwareUse hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)Follow schematics, diagrams, and customer test requirementsMaintain accurate paperwork and product labelingTrack test results and communication production dataKeep work areas clean and organizedWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?High School Diploma or GEDAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsComfortable using computers and Windows-based systemsManufacturing, electronics, or testing experience preferred (training provided!)Reliable, dependable, and safety-mindedMust be able to work in a team environmentAbility to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCommunication skills.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
