Feast Enterprises - - Responsibilities: Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees.; Monitors staffing levels and ensures development and talent; ensures systems for training employees on workstations are fully implemented and adhered to by management and team members.; Manages daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operation and guest service; trains employees and holds the team accountable for quality.; Develops and executes action plans to increase restaurant sales and profitability by implementing the Service Profit Chain.; Demonstrates leadership to maintain a positive brand image, etiquette, and food quality and safety.
