That’s why we provide a dedicated administrative team to manage scheduling and billing, along with OptiMantra, a streamlined EHR designed to make documentation efficient and stress-free.Role DescriptionThis position is ideal for an independently licensed clinician (LISW, LPCC, or IMFT); however, we also welcome candidates who hold an LPC, LSW, or similar license and are actively working toward independent licensure. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule (2–3 days per week), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the practice and caseload develop.You’ll provide therapy services to individuals, children (ages 6+), families, and groups, supporting clients through life transitions, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns in a warm, patient-centered environment.QualificationsStrong skills in counseling, crisis intervention, active listening, and empathy to support clients effectively.Experience in working with diverse patient populations and applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Comfortable working with clients 6+Proficiency in maintaining accurate client documentation and adhering to confidentiality protocols.Knowledge of mental health interventions, crisis management, and therapeutic practices.Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.Relevant licensure (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of OhioExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.Commitment to ongoing professional development and understanding of current industry standards.Why join Align Psychiatry and Wellness?At Align we offer Flexible scheduling tailored to your preferences.
