**Material Handler / Forklift Operator (3rd Shift)****Location:** Macedon, NY area**Pay:** $22.50 per hour**Job Type:** Long term Temp (potential for long-term hire opportunities)**Schedule:**+ **3rd Shift:** Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30 AM - 8:30am**Mandatory weekend overtime as needed with at least 48 hours notice**Kelly Services is hiring experienced Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to support a well-established food manufacturing facility in the Macedon, NY area. This is a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment supporting production operations.This is a temporary opportunity with the potential for longer-term placement based on performance and business needs.**What You Will Do**+ Operate walk-behind stackers and other material handling equipment in close-quarters, high-traffic areas+ Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and 5S standards+ Inspect equipment and document any deficiencies+ Receive, transfer, stage, and move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods per standard operating procedures+ Use SAP to complete inventory transactions including transfers, issues, returns, and adjustments+ Wrap, label, and inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met+ Communicate with production supervisors and line leads to support daily production needs+ Maintain accurate paperwork and report issues, damages, or incidents promptly+ Support inventory control, plant cleanliness, and general warehouse operations as needed**What You Will Need to Be Successful**+ Minimum of one year of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment+ Experience operating equipment in tight spaces with pedestrian traffic+ Forklift license required, recertification provided on site+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbal and written+ Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail+ Ability to multitask and work with urgency in a team environment+ Must be 18 years or older+ Pre-Employment Screening Required**Why Apply!**+ Competitive hourly pay with shift differential+ Consistent schedule with overtime opportunities+ Opportunity to gain experience with a leading manufacturer+ Weekly pay and dedicated recruiter support**Apply today to join our team and take the next step in your manufacturing career!**As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
