Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field• 10+ years of experience in full stack Lead software development with a strong focus on Java technologies and modern frontend frameworks• Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data)• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, including state management, component design, and responsive UI development• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, with a demonstrated ability to drive productive workflows and critically evaluate AI-generated output
