Deliver Results We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and execute day to day operations across our manufacturing, test loop and overhaul areas. This role is responsible for people, performance, and process - ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes. Requirements: What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or facilities management, preferably in the oil and gas industry Prefer knowledge of welding, overhaul/teardown, and compressor systems. Proficiency in inventory systems and basic project management skills Experience leading operations in industrial, oil & gas, fabrication, or service environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable Hands-on, problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Strong communication and team alignment skills Focus on both execution and continuous improvement Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet production deadlines or respond to facility needs.
