Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily Construction (Houston, TX)I’m partnered with a reputable General Contractor seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a ground-up 350-unit multifamily project in Houston, TX, with a strong focus on quality control and finishes.Responsibilities:Support daily field operations and subcontractor coordinationOversee quality assurance and ensure work meets project standardsAssist with inspections, punch lists, and project schedulingWork closely with the Superintendent to maintain project quality and progressRequirements:5+ years of ground-up multifamily construction experienceStrong eye for detail and quality-focused mindsetExperience with finishes and interior scopes preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environmentCompensation:Up to $135,000 base salary + benefits
