Data Entry Specialist We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialists to join our team. This role is primarily seated and involves high-volume, repetitive data entry with a strong focus on speed and accuracy. Candidates must be comfortable working with physical files and performing occasional lifting throughout the shift.Responsibilities Retrieve medical files from storage boxes and identify required data fieldsAccurately enter information into the database systemMaintain a consistent, high volume of keystrokes while ensuring accuracyReturn files to their original boxes and transport boxes back to designated pallet areasTrack and verify data using a double-key entry systemMeet productivity standards based on keystroke volume and accuracyPerformance Expectations Typing speed of 60 wpm required.Maintain a high keystroke rate (approximately 10,000 keystrokes per hour)Achieve 100% accuracy through double-key verification processesPhysical Requirements Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing 3050 lbs.Transport one carton every 57 minutes over distances up to 20 feetLift and lower cartons between heights of 13 to 45Work is approximately:95% seated (data entry)5% physical movement (lifting and carrying boxes)Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent typing and data entry skillsAbility to work independently and meet productivity goalsBasic computer proficiencyPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred.Reliable transportation to and from work.Willingness to undergo drug and background screening.Ability to read and write in EnglishStrong attention to details and accuracyBenefits Competitive hourly wage at $15 per hour.Full-time position with consistent hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).Join Our Team!
