Principal Solutions Engineer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer in Tukwila, WA.Duties Include:Lead solution design and technical strategy for the PeopleSoft; Oracle Fusion ERP migrationProvide hands-on leadership in planning and executing ERP transformation initiativesPartner with in-house employees and contingent staff engaged for this project to drive alignment and successful deliveryAnalyze and document upstream and downstream system impacts, including integrations and dependenciesDefine and guide data migration strategies, ensuring integrity, completeness, and reconciliationAssess, redesign, and oversee integration patterns and data flows across enterprise systemsBring structure and clarity to project execution, including:Work breakdown and sequencingRisk identification and mitigation strategiesGovernance and decision frameworksIdentify potential pitfalls early and recommend practical solutions based on prior experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendorsMentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturityEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices* Proven experience leading ERP migrations from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERPDeep understanding of enterprise system integrations, data flows, and dependenciesStrong experience with data migration planning and execution in large-scale environmentsDemonstrated ability to identify upstream/downstream impacts of system changesExperience organizing and leading complex, multi-team technical initiativesStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsExperience working across blended teams of internal employees and contingent or contract resourcesAbility to quickly assess current state and implement structure and best practices
