No prior lawn care experience is required were looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic who want to learn and grow with a well-established company. Schedule MondayThursday workweek (10-hour days) Fridays only when needed to stay on schedule or complete weekly work Consistent hours and organized routes Pay & Benefits $18$19/hour depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses Paid Vacation & Sick Leave Paid Holidays Retirement plan with company match Health Insurance available Potential year-round employment with winter snow removal services Clear opportunities for advancement (many Crew Leads start as Mow Techs) What Youll Be Doing Youll work alongside an experienced Crew Lead and learn professional lawn care skills, including: Assisting with mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing residential and commercial properties Maintaining high-quality work while learning efficient techniques Supporting the Crew Lead to keep daily routes on track Keeping equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained Representing Selkirk professionally on job sites What Were Looking For No prior experience required we provide training Willingness to learn and follow direction Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid Drivers License Reliable transportation to and from work (company truck provided during work hours) Positive attitude and team-first mindset Why Selkirk?
