Kronos Technical Analyst

*Role: Kronos Technical Analyst* *Location: Hybrid Remote - Must be able to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Marlborough, MA* *Job Type: Fulltime* *Responsibilities:* · Partner with multiple Business Units to recommend standard processes and roadmap continuous improvement. · Possess advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Workforce Dimensions and Reflexis MyWork applications. · Perform special projects relating to a UKG Workforce Dimensions or Reflexis MyWork release, configuration change or efficiency improvement and gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Provide support for punch device testing, configuration, and functionality. · Provide support for UKG Workforce Dimensions or Reflexis MyWork mobile apps testing, configuration, and functionality. · Identify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues. · Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting. · Develop integrations for UKG Workforce Dimensions and Reflexis MyWork with other systems, such as HRIS and payroll. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the system, including data discrepancies and system errors. · Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards. · Develop and maintain documentation for the systems and processes. · Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in UKG Workforce Dimensions, Reflexis MyWork and related technologies. *Required Qualifications/Skills* · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field · At least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining UKG Workforce Dimensions · Experience with Reflexis MyWork or other task management solutions · Strong knowledge of technologies, such as VNC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Json, Postman, Boomi, SFTP, MFTE and API · Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Azure · Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server and Oracle · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Detail oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. · Participate in On Call rotation. · Experience in a retail environment a plus *Best Regards,* *Mohan* *(408) 834-8145* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Relocation assistance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Ability to commute/relocate: * Marlborough, MA 01752: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Marlborough, MA 01752
