Job SummaryMediBril seeks an exceptional Program Director of Rehabilitation (P-DOR) to lead our interdisciplinary therapy team. This role focuses on program development, clinical quality assurance, and team management. If you have a strong background in rehabilitation services and proven leadership skills, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.Duties:Oversee and manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including therapy services such as PT, OT, and ST.Develop, implement, and monitor effective therapy programs tailored to the needs of the patient population.Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.Supervise, train, and mentor therapy staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care.Manage department budgets, staffing levels, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review program effectiveness and discuss new opportunities.Act as a liaison between the therapy team, other healthcare providers, and administration. Qualifications:A minimum of a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Current state licensure in one of the therapy disciplines.Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
