We run clean, compliant, and efficient shops and pride ourselves on employee satisfaction.Schedule:Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.Overtime is availableNo rotating shiftsPaid holidays (no waiting period)Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off, start earning day 1Tool Allowance & Boot ReimbursementWork Environment:Morgantown, PAPrimary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional field or outdoor work as needed.Specialty work on fire trucks and ambulancesKey Job Duties:Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, and air systemsTroubleshooting and repairing wiring, controls, sensors, pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic systemsPerforming preventative maintenance and repairs on fire trucks and ambulancesAccurately documenting repairs, labor time, and parts usageCompleting safety inspections and ensuring vehicles are ready for serviceMaintaining a clean, safe work area and following OSHA and company safety standardsAssisting other technicians as needed and working as part of a teamRequirementsWhat we're looking for:Diesel mechanic experience strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills, preferably with heavy duty trucks or equipment preferredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to pass pre-employment screeningWho does well here:Mechanics who take pride in their work and enjoy electrical and hydraulic problem-solvingTeam players who also work well independentlyPeople who like variety and solving problemsTechnicians who value clean shops and doing things the right wayWork environment and physical demands:This role includes standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing.The position involves exposure to typical shop conditions such as noise, odors, grease, and occasional outdoor weather.Are you looking for a clean, well organized shop and work that actually feels meaningful?
