We are Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH.Based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER, we were founded in 2018 and are a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair.The Irish airline group currently operates a fleet of 590 modern Boeing 737NG and MAX 10, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircrafts. We will continue to expand by more than 300 aircraft by 2030.At Ryanair Engineering Germany, our engineers and mechanics are responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircrafts in multiple stations all across Germany.We are currently looking for Document Controller (m/w/d) for ourBerlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and Nuremberg Airport (NUE).The role includes the use of specialist IT applications such as AMOS, eLearning, myboeingfleetResponsibilitiesLiaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packsPrint check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraftCollate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctlyFollow up on incomplete / missing paperworkEnsure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in the aircraft recordsAny other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / ManagerRequirementsPrevious document control experience is an advantageWorking knowledge of AMOS is desirableKnowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel & WordPrevious work experience on Boeing aircraft preferredWilling to work shiftA valid EU/EEA passport and/or the unrestricted right to live and work in the European UnionValid EU driver's licenseGood command of written and spoken EnglishPreferably a valid German security clearance according to § 7 of German Aviation Security ActDirect and permanent employment with a German contractCareer advancement opportunities within the Ryanair GroupPayment of shift credits starting from 08:00 P.M.Working gear and toolsMonthly charged Sodexo Shopping CardFree English & German courses for different levelsEmployee appreciation scheme and a generous referral bonusJ-18808-Ljbffr
