Channel Partnership Account Executive
Job DescriptionWe're looking for a proven Account Executive (AE) with experience managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer relationships. We need someone who is a people person AND a technology person. We need a strategic mind with incredible attention to detail. We need someone to source and close qualified opportunities and grow accounts within our target markets, specifically through our partnership channel. We're particularly interested in someone who has "been there and done that" with similar technology (HR tech) and personas (CHRO, VP HR, VP Talent Acquisition, etc) within the SMB and Mid-Market segments (<999 employees). Responsibilities include:Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, including discovery calls, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract signingIdentify, source, and close new channel leads within target verticalsBuild and foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunitiesEnable partners through training, sales tools, and ongoing support to effectively source leadsCollaborate with partners on joint sales activities, including co-selling and deal registrationAccurately forecast sales activities and revenue achievementStay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and product featuresContribute to the continuous improvement of the product, sharing insights and proposing enhancements that are representative of the customer experienceRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of proven sales experience within a SaaS company, preferably HR technologyPrior channel/partner sales experience preferred but not requiredDemonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasSuperior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detailExperience in start-up, entrepreneurial and ambiguous environmentsStrong negotiation, presentation, and closing skillsAnalytical and process-oriented mindset with ability to build compelling business casesActive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust prioritiesExperience with CRM systems (Pipedrive or Hubspot a bonus)Experience with modern Sales & Go To Market tools (Zoominfo, PandaDoc, Zoom, Slack, etc)Must be at least 18 years oldMust be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United StatesMust pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by lawMust be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3-4x/weekNote: This is a full-time position.
