Join Joshua Tree Experts Tampa as a Tree Climber and be part of a professional, growing tree care operation delivering safe, high-quality work across residential and commercial properties.We're launching a new territory with a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. This is a hands-on climbing role where you'll perform removals, pruning, and rigging as part of a tight-knit crew, while continuing to build your skills and take on greater responsibility over time.About the RoleTree Climbers work closely with Crew Leaders and ground crews to safely execute technical tree work. This is also a customer-facing role - climbers are often visible to homeowners while work is being performed and are expected to communicate professionally and represent the Joshua Tree Experts brand on job sites.What You'll DoPerform climbing and rigging for pruning and removalsCommunicate clearly with Crew Leaders and ground crewDelegate tasks to Groundsmen as directedMaintain a professional appearance on job sitesInteract respectfully with customers when on-siteMaintain equipment and follow safety protocolsAdhere to ANSI standards for tree care operationsAssist with aerial lift operations when applicableWork 40+ hours per weekWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of climbing, rigging, pruning, and removal experienceStrong understanding of safe climbing practicesValid driver's licenseAbility to perform physically demanding work at heightsTraining, Growth & Our CommitmentWe invest in our climbers through paid training, classroom instruction, industry seminars, and support for certification testing and related expenses.
