Senior Superintendent$140k – $170k + Bonus + Full BenefitsLocation: Deerfield, IL (Project Based)We’re partnered with a $100M design build general contractor in the Chicago market looking to bring on a Senior Superintendent to lead a $20M ground up medical project in Deerfield.This is a well established, highly respected firm known for delivering complex healthcare and commercial projects, with a strong pipeline of repeat clients and upcoming work already secured.The RoleLead field operations on a $20M ground up medical facility from start to completionManage and coordinate all onsite construction activities, subcontractors, and schedulesDrive project safety, quality, and schedule performanceWork closely with the Project Manager and ownership team to ensure successful deliveryOversee site logistics, inspections, and daily reportingMentor junior field staff as the project team growsWhat They’re Looking For10+ years of construction experience with a GC or design build firmProven experience leading ground up projects ($10M+)Healthcare or medical project experience strongly preferredStrong leadership presence on site and ability to run projects autonomouslyExperience working in active or highly regulated environments is a plusWhat’s On OfferBase salary: $140k – $170k (depending on experience)Bonus: 15–25%$1,000/month vehicle allowanceFull health insurance (often including family coverage)401k + company matchPTO + flexibilityLong term pipeline of local work (no travel)
