You run the floor, keep food and guest flow on track, and report results to the General Manager. Best fit if you already have restaurant lead time, can work nights, and have reliable transport. *Requirements to Apply:* *What You Need (Required):* * 18 years or older * High School diploma or GED * 2 years or more relevant job experience * Full-time schedule * Driver status required * Access to reliable transportation * Schedule flexibility (all days / all shifts availability listed) * US resident * Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, stoop, use stairs, reach, and grasp as needed * Basic tech comfort for daily reports and systems *Nice to Have (Preferred):* * Some college * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) *Your Day-to-Day* * Run night and late-night shifts as a working lead on the floor * Check cleanliness and basic maintenance so the restaurant stays guest-ready * Direct team members on food tickets and guest needs during the shift * Coach and train team members on station procedures each shift * Screen applicants against the job basics and pass notes to management * Watch labor, waste, sales, and food cost during your shifts * Handle daily cash steps and give accurate inventory numbers to the GM * Flag safety or risk issues to the General Manager right away * Turn in new-hire and separation paperwork on time and support shift-level programs *What We Offer* * Base pay $19.44 per hour * Tips up to $2.00 per hour * Performance bonus $1.00 per hour * Total pay potential up to $22.50 per hour with tips and bonuses * Full-time night / late-night schedule *This Job Is* * Open to applicants without a college diploma. * Conveniently located in Killingly / Dayville, CT at 550 Hartford Pike. *What to Do Next* See if you qualify.
