• Role Description: Supports planning and execution across a variety of Apple Ads product initiatives, with a focus on driving cross-functional alignment, roadmap / intake hygiene, dependency tracking, execution follow-through, and concise status reporting.• Partners closely with Product, Engineering, EPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to help move prioritized initiatives from planning through delivery.Skills Requirements:• Strong EPM experience driving complex, cross-functional engineering programs across Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders.• Ability to manage portfolio-level planning, intake, roadmap tracking, dependency mapping, and execution follow-through.• Strong written/verbal communication, including concise exec-ready status, risks, and decision framing.• Comfortable operating in ambiguous / fast-moving environments with evolving scope and multiple stakeholders.• Experience with advertising platforms, media, campaign management, data/reporting, or large-scale product initiatives preferred.• Strong project hygiene using standard engineering program management tools, including issue / dependency tracking, roadmap planning, documentation, spreadsheets, and status reporting dashboards.Skills: Program Management~EIS : New Product Introduction Process (NPI) - Product EngineeringExperience Required: 8-10
